The reason this is crass is that the warning that you will actually lose all your data permanently, not just remove it from that single device, comes AFTER the instructions on how to do it. What's likely to happen is someone else's the first option is to delete the app, finds that to be a long process, goes down and sees instructions without deleting the app, and follows it without realizing they are losing everything in the process. The warning needs to come before the instructions.
