First. The leader pool is silly. Harriet Tubman? Thomas Edison? Not exactly inspiring. There's still way too many floods and natural disasters, and they always seem to hit your soldiers. In a strategy game, you don't want to lose your units like that. Again, silly. There's not enough options for interactions with other leaders. Better trade options, more diplomatic options would be better. The city limit is stupid. The crisis thing is stupid. I could go on and on....
