This is an idealistic point of view. Chae was hooked to Sung because of his awesomeness not because of what you described. Solo leveling is too simplistic compared to your description of relationships.Plus even if the ginger girl has been supportive of Sung doesn't mean she also has romantic feelings towards him In any case both of them would end up being just chicks besides Sung and would be bossy as mothers, typical stuff for asian fiction.
I find Chae a much worse character, she was hyped to be a strong independant but after meeing Sung behaved like a typical girl.
Seriously, just look at your own images of choice, doesn't look like an equal relationship.
