It's not that all water is harmful for Luffy. It's the sea that punishes Devil Fruit users, and we've seen that throwing sea water on him weakens him, but no where is it stated that water-release uses sea water

You can argue that Luffy is vulnerable to sharp objects but it doesn't weaken him like water does. He would just have to avoid direct attacks, and even if he got hit by one, it won't outright kill him. The rasenshuriken is also a wind-style jutsu, not water, so he should be able to deal with them as well. Plus, he should technically be resistant to Chidori since Skypiea established that lightning can't get him

Chopper and Jinbe were grouped into the same realm based on how their stories and arcs add up within the overall narrative. The title was written in this way for the sake of simplicity and to better reflect the individual journeys of the Straw Hats. It's not like the article didn't include Jinbe at all.
