EdZisk honestly I haven't played the souls games since I never really thought I'd be good at them. I would say though compared to what I've seen and heard this game should be easier than the souls games due to the amount of quests and items that benefit the player and give them an advantage over the enemies. For example when I was mentioning in my first post about the wing tamer item. That item pretty much just makes the fight a brawl between you and the wind sage boss for some time. I have played other story games like god of war before and I'd say this game is definitely harder but not as difficult as a souls game. Only reason this game is becoming easier is just learning to time your dodges and learning to use your abilities more effectively to control the fight and how fast or slow it can be

For me it was the tiger vanguard due to his fast movement and attack patterns. Took me about 2 hours to beat him. I would say the yellow wind sage was the hardest as I fought him for 3 hours but after i completed the side quest for the wind tamer i upgraded my armor and staff and beat him very easily after that. Most of the wind sages attacks are easier to perfect dodge compared to the tiger vanguard and having the item that recovers mana after 3 perfect dodges in a short duration really helps
