There are 2 people in the household. We share a computer, but have our own phones. Roommates account is fine. Been using it for many years. I just started last fall, a few months ago, said I broke the rules (I did, as they don't bother to make the rules clear and you have to search their legalese), but I amended my use as per instructions. I was limited to 3 searches every 15 minutes. I had been doing things like superbowl 2021, superbowl 2022, etc. I made sure I didn't real searches, mostly using the news articles on the phone app which gave points for both a search and news article read. After a couple months, i tried to redeem and my account was suspended. That was a month and half ago, I can still get points, but still won't let me redeem. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. The appeal form does not work.
