Well ofcourse Lucy wouldn't be in Cyberpunk because she's on the moon. The references to her writing stuff about David and Gloria probably happened before she left for the Moon. And there are more than a "couple" of easter eggs in the game. Rebecca's Shotgun, David's Jacket, Rebecca's apartment, David's Apartment...just to name a few.
