"New" Broly is extremely underrated. No one has truly beaten him. He is raw, undisciplined, and is a radical power. Saying Gohan, Vegeta and Goku are stronger is a big stretch. One movie, a few minutes on the scene and he's facing God forms and winning. Make something showcasing his true trajectory. Whis would be the only one to go toe to toe with Broly.
