I'll agree with 3 and 4 Remakes for the DS and even OG FF3 but FF4 all versions (except DS of course) felt more on the easy side!! As for FF6 i don't even know how it made this list literally the only difficult spike i came around was Kefka at the end and even that is questionable when you have characters like Sabin and Cyan!!

Faris in my honest opinion should be number 1 but I'll accept her as number 2!!

How is Zidane not on this list!? He literally fights against death itself at the end!! Well i guess death isn't scary but rather peaceful huh!? I mean after all they commonly say death takes you to a better place!!!

Honestly a lot of these seem very Nit Picky to me!! Especially FF2 for it's "Leveling system" alone FF8 for it's "junction system" alone and FF13-2 "A sequel no one asked for" there has to be better reasons especially for FF13-2!! I personally liked what FF2 and FF8 brought to the tables because let's be honest if all FF games played the same way then there's only 1 that's worth playing!! FF10-2 while I agree FF10 is better and the add on wasn't necessary i believe it was!! FF10-2 brought back the job class system briefly even if there isn't as many job classes and if it does level through a "dress sphere" but the fact they took the battle system back to ATB and the fact that with timing all characters can attack at the same time shows that Square wanted to drift away from the turn based battle system!! I'm just looking for better reasons then nit picking!!! Otherwise let's nit pick at all the FF games like how FF7 drifted away from what made the FF games FF!!!

FF10 and 10-2 didn't kill the franchise that's cap. Neither did what came after. The series died out after FF13 so badly they had to make another MMO. Blinded by Nostalgia!? Lol coming from the guy who couldn't put their own biased feelings to the side and said 4,5,6,7 and 8 were the only good ones. I'd rather be blinded by Nostalgia then blinded by recency and popularity any day of the week. One more thing you obviously didn't see the fan graph charts on FF!!
FF7 is #1(not for me not even top 5 just my opinion) because its SE baby and marketing plus everything around it like prequels spin offs a movie remasters and remakes I can keep going. FF9 on the other hand is at #2 and extremely close to FF7 and for FF9 to do it as a stand alone game add to boot one that was overlooked for many years, if that doesn't speak for FF9 then idk what will!!!

I don't know how to respond on here so I'll just make my response here. I disagree about FF1 FF4 and FF8 having any type of replay value.
FF1 sure it's short but its not even Final Fantasy at its full potential you honestly lost me here when you said FF1. FF4 is a bit story heavy to me that just ruins the gameplay experience. While I don't think FF4 is a bad game I just wish there was more to it. Outside of the OG Japanese game and the Remake on the DS FF4 might honestly be argued to be the easiest one even above FF7 and FF8 (FF7 you can abuse Materia and FF8 you can abuse Junction Draw and many more to optimize yourself even extremely early in the game. I'm well aware that FF8 could potentially be the hardest if you don't know what you're doing but the easiest if you do know what you're doing) FF8 if it's replay able and enjoyable I'm assuming it's either because you like to be OP through out almost the entire game (which honestly ruins the experience at least for me anyways) or for some reason you like the romance in the game and believe it's even better then Tidus and Yunas!
This is just my opinion FF games with most replay value
FF9 you can play it in so many different ways. The game even made speed running fun with the reward it gives
FF5 maybe I'm biased but I like the humor the void Ex Death and the Characters. I'll admit the story might be lacking but I'm a gameplay person over a story person
FF6 the only way I see this being a debate is if you either don't like 2D environments in video games or you just don't wanna feel like a follower.
FF10 full blown voice acting and Blitzball my personal favorite mini game on all FF maybe even in all video games. It's better then any mini game at Gold Saucer in FF7 and more fun then any mini games FF7 offers period. It's certainly better then Chocobo Hot & Cold, Triple Triad, Tetra Master and many more. I never had a problem with Blitzball plus I love learning new abilities.
FF Tactics enough said!!!
