Players can set a party limit. If you are encountering that "issue," it's not a bug, it's a player setting a deliberate limit to the amount of people they want in a party.

I totally understand this. On a related note, when the Commander Rules Committee announced format bans for MTG, they were faced with death threats, and WotC was forced to take over for the safety of those members. While Capcom did rush release, which led to a plethora of problems that gave it a negative review. Criticism is one thing. To harass employees who were simply following a deadline? That's unwarranted.
