I agree, it is literally their own game, and they have the legal right to use whatever emulator they are using.

Nintendo Found Emulating Its Own Games

Candy Crush is a horrible game that will drive you broke if you let it. The game won't let you progress through a lot of levels without paying. I like games that look like they are pay to win, but they're on the play pass apple arcade platform. You have to go back and earn more gold to buy items or just play through older levels, but you never have to spend a penny to progress.
