They are. It's always a solid way to introduce superstars that came to the company well into the development of the game to be released in a DLC. This year will be no different. But in general it will be the same as all WWE 2K games I'm afraid. Getting excited and can't wait for it to be released and after playing MyRise and 1 hour of MyFaction imma be like F this. In matter of fact the island and pack system is the whole reason I abandoned NBA 2K and I'm afraid it won't be long before I abandon this game too if things don't change. And they prob won't. (Falsely) hoping for the best, expecting the worst.

Why you folks always tell half the truth just to "have a scoop? This is usual everyone knows this. Everyone knows Penta arrived well into the games development and so he is not in the base game. That's normal so what? 0% scoop, 100% clickbait.

I agree it's ridiculous how we are treated and how our IQ gets insulted all the time. Especially by 2K. And as a fan of the Farming Simulator fans I can tell you this: there is NO better idea then having more then a year in production like you say. It just works like a charm. Nothing gets pushed, bugs can be solved before release. It's just better that way. They do it with Farming Simulator. They used to make 1 every 2 years but ever since covid they even do 1 every 3 years. Gameplay and bugs/glitches wise this is one of the smoothest games on earth. Again it just works not pushing every year.

This and the fact you always have to be online for career modes (at least in other 2K games) makes this company worse then EA. You can say all you want but if you like it you can start a whole new career in FIFA 16. But NBA 2K16 will kick you to the kerb cause the servers are down. It's THE reason I stopped buying NBA 2K.
