Ai is the future. We should continue to push it to the fullest extent. Some jobs will become obsolete, hopefully every job eventually will and we can have ai run the world and we can just focus on passion projects. People say they can tell when it's ai, and that may currently be the case, but in 5-10 years it will likely surpass human abilities (which it already has in many aspects). Ai is to us what computers were to the generation before, but with exponentially more potential. Every advancement in human society had people worried about losing their jobs, agriculture, the steam engine, electricity, computing. But human society progressed regardless, and the world is much better off for it. We don't yearn for the days of hunting gathering, we don't yearn for the days of subsistence farming, we evolve as a civilization and expand the limits of what humanity can do. Ai is our generations industrial revolution, and it will change the world as we know it for the better.
