I loved LOTM, and was rooting for its success. Even knowing the story inside out and having watched so many animes, still struggled to understand the episode. Having cool graphics is great, but it should not overwhelm the viewer. Story was not conveyed clearly in the first 15 minutes. Having english as a dubbed language will help immensely because the setting itself looks like industrial England.
