Nothing in sci-fi can match Warhammer 40k. 40k is steroids on steroids high on speed. It takes everything to 1000%. The space marines number in the tens of thousands. Plus they can call upon the astra militarium with numbers in the hundreds of BILLIONS and thousands upon thousands of warships of the imperial nazy. Last and not least, the titan legions. Massive god constructs of death and destruction. Any other sci-fi is like taking a toothpick to a nuke fight.
