I'm doing my 2nd playthrough now. About to finish it. No, there are still major issues. Characters cannot be evil. There are few impactful choices. Too many fetch/go to different locations quests. Characters are boring and 1 dimensional. I actively hated half my crew, with Drack the only one I liked. I wished death on PB. Inventory, abilities and weapons needlessly complex. Combat not as fun as 2 and even 3. Ending majorly lame. Unskippable cut scenes for every planet. Nomad did not really fix Mako's problems. Parts of story makes no sense.

This is just off the top of my head.
