To anyone struggling with the pressure of the PvP element, use a free loadout until you get used to the game. You do not have to PvP at all in this game if you don't want to. Keep spamming the 'Hello' and 'Don't Shoot' emotes and keep your weapons holstered. I found most players also just want to extract with their loot too. If someone kills you, don't worry, its going to happen but you won't lose any progress due to the free loadout. Learn the game and try to have fun doing it.
