See AllPokemon GO Players Are Frustrated with Dreepy's Spawn Rate
I've only seen it on the near by one time. I've not actually seen in spawn at all. My boyfriend and his son hasn't seen it at all either and there is 2 days left. Niantic needs to increase spawn rate amd increase event.
