I'm very interested in this. I have the OLED Steam Deck, but of all my systems (PS5, Series X, and Switch 2) it gets the least amount of playtime. I'm sure this is due to a lesser quality when docked (preferred gaming mode) and the fact that I'm a spoiled console brat who doesn't have to lessen the quality of my games in order to get it to play.

With this supposedly being 6x more powerful than the Steam Deck, I'm really liking the idea of this.

If we're talking non-new games, I've purchased A TON between Steam, Switch 2, PS5, and Series X. If we're strictly talking 2025 releases, then 17 (8 physical, 11 digital) + 2 GamePass games.

I grabbed some cheapies:

“This is not happening in other countries…”

Right, because other countries must not have access to video games, social media, or psychiatric medication. Only Americans do, apparently. Funny how Japan, South Korea, and most of Europe have massive gaming cultures but don’t see the same levels of gun violence. Wonder what the real difference is.

From a $ perspective: 8 of the 20 PS5 games(?). My Vice City & San Andreas came in the form of the definitive edition trilogy so I don't know if that counts.

From a unit perspective: 9 of the 20 PS5 games

For PS1, I was less willing to try branch out of my comfort zone, so I stuck to fighting, sports & wrestling, and action games. So I only owned THPS 1 & 2, Gran Turismo 2, Tekken 3, WWF Warzone, Driver & Driver 2, and Spyro 2.
