The Moxen are banned, and if the infinite combos were played in 95% of the decks that could play them and ended the game by turn 5, then I would agree they need to be banned. If you and your play group want to play fast games and use these cards in casual, just rule 0 them. The banlist is there to help the health of the format overall, but outside competitive play, your playgroup makes the rules of how you all want to enjoy the game.
