See AllSolo Leveling Is Anime Of The Year, But 1 Show Far Surpasses It In Quality
Okay I will agree with you 100% that DanDaDan should have been up the top of the very least. What I am going to say though is that I have a wide variety of friends with vastly different tastes. Every single one of them loved solo leveling, Dan Da Dan And Kaiju number 8.
Every single one of them watched two episodes of Frieren and then elected not to watch another one. We are a group of book readers, and series watchers, so it's not like we don't have the attention span for it. We all read fantasy novels too. The love sci-fi and anything remotely imaginative. Every single one of us thought it was boring as s***. Sure maybe it's great storytelling. You know what else was? War and Peace. It's also a hideous struggle to get through because of the writing style. A great book or a great story that's told poorly will be judged as a poor story.
Solo Leveling Is Anime Of The Year, But 1 Show Far Surpasses It In Quality
I have tried to watch free run on five different occasions and the show is boring. If I can't get past the 4th episode the fifth time I try watching it )I fall asleep every time), why bother trying to slog through it when something interesting is available? Solo Leveling is mostly action based. Frieren is like watching paint dry in slow motion. I'm sure technically it's a wonderful anime with lots of lovely feelings and lots and lots and lots and lots of talking about stuff, but it's not interesting stuff. I'm good. There are literally thousands of animes out there.
7 Strongest Samurai Characters In Anime, Ranked
I can't believe someone from One Piece is on here but Gundam and starship slicing Samurai 7 are not? Watch something that isn't hideously over-rated.
