I’ve been playing this game since it came out I have over 15 customer service complaints about not receiving earned dice, tokens, rewards etc. Game glitching, and not getting credit for signing up 7 other players. They have NOT resolved a single complaint they’re a joke. They’ve made over 3 BILLION off of a free game if that doesn’t show you they give no f’s avout their players or customer service I don’t know what will. My favorite game has turned into a nightmare I hate it.

Has anyone’s thought of a player protest of the game since they make NO MONEY without us and we’ve given them over 3 billion in the few years it’s been around. I think if we all team up and stand up/withhold playing until they fix the rigged game I think we could make a huge difference. Without us the game is nothing…

Per all Monopoly Side Games it’s impossible to ever win the good prizes as they require a zillion dice that have to land on specific tiles repeatedly. I’ve wasted so much money on this game I wish I never tried this game after 2 years I’ll be deleting.

I’ve made numerous complaints to customer service they continue to refuse to give me the Tokens I’ve received from links, The Tycoon email newsletter etc. I’ve also had numerous prizes I’ve won that don’t receive and as for completing the task even if I have 1000 dice somehow it’s still unattainable to achieve & actually receive these rewards. They wouldn’t even honor me completing the 1st Album “due to technical difficulties” I’m so over this FREE game that’s made over 3BILLION off of us the game supporters. It’s rigged and set up for failure so you’re forced to spend $$ if you wanna get anything. Will be deleting this scam of a game that I once loved so much.
