How so, Bri? I'll concede that the queerness of the sex workers in Origins is vague, fairly ambiguous, and seems to mostly be played for laughs. The treatment of Serendipity (another sex worker) in 2 is much the same. Krem, though, is very obviously trans. You can even have talk with Iron Bull about it.

I agree that they should have focused more on the quality of the gameplay. I'm just genuinely curious about how long time fans of DA have such an issue with the potential for trans people to exist in Veilguard in particular. DA has had trans characters since Origins. Inquisition was the first game to have a trans character outside of a brothel (Krem), but still.
