Im sunrise they dont tell people the easiest way to get to the top. Full suspension belt, grappling hook the outer wall and use that momentum to get to the top. Or just land your hopper on top. Drop down into the top room and go to your left once in the room. 30 seconds done. Then grapple out back the way you came in. Its got 3 official spawn location one isn't on the map technically but its a ruins like the one in the article south west of the testing station mentioned. You can sneak by all the enemies easy too. Its going to be in the room up top inside the alter room. Its a great cutter but its about a 10% chance it will drop. I've got 13 bp of it. Sells very well in the market.
