Why do we keep losing stores in the US?!

First Toys R Us was taken from us! 🤬

Plus I'm always seeing stores in my area always going out of business, most recent is Big Lots, now GameStop?

The mall down 5 minutes from me is no more, just a giant empty building!

They just keep building apartments, town houses, or apartments! And for some of these store locations putting in BS stores or food places & even stores you never see anyone go in!
