I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean that you're self-publishing your games, else you would have Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 in there, as well as Baldur's gate 3.
Those games are a lot more "rpg" than any on your list and they are independent according to the definition of what an "independent" game is.
