There's a manga that hasn't been made into an anime yet called "With One Day Left I'll Break All the Destruction Flags" that' has an extremely intelligent MC but I doubt it will be adapted due to it's brevity which would fit the bill better than, for example, "Realist Hero" which....

Honestly just kind of seems to have sheer luck as one of the character's apparent powers.

I love, own and played all of these but one minor call out

The first half of the first image on Entry #3 is from Growlanser: Heritage of War, not Generations - it's a Two-For pack of games: one of the two games follows Wein Cruz as described in the synopsis (Growlanser II: The Sense of Justice) and the other follows Slayne Wilder and which functions as a sort of prequel to the Growlanser Series thus far (Growlanser III: The Dual Darkness)
