It would probably be the same thing, where the black cell version was only accessible if you had bought the black cell battle pass. The second skin is a black cell variant, so you should have the black cell battle pass to obtain it. Now, maybe you should be allowed to unlock the second version upon obtaining the black cell battle pass, instead of it being required before. Just my 2 cents
