Where To Find Hero Cards in Promise Mascot Agency

In addition to growing your mascot business from the ground up, Promise Mascot Agency players need to offer support to their employees when they find themselves facing challenges while completing jobs. This can't be done by Michi, as he's supposed to be dead, but there are a host of allies players can recruit to help out.

Many of the Mascot Support Heroes players encounter along the way will offer assistance without any difficulty, but there are a few that will require some searching to find. To complete your roster, players will need to know where to find all Hero Support Cards in Promise Mascot Agency.

All Hero Support Cards (& How To Get Them)

There are over 50 Hero Support Cards to collect and assist your Mascots with. Many of them you will encounter at the N rarity level, but these can all be upgraded to provide more effective assistance to Mascots who find themselves in trouble. While you won't contribute to your Promise Mascot Agency trophy list by collecting them all, each card has its own strengths and weaknesses, so it is ideal to have a variety of attacking options.

Here is a complete list of Hero Cards in Promise Mascot Agency, along with the methods in which you can acquire them.

Hero Card	How To Get
Shiori	Unlocked automatically after you first encounter Shiori at the convenience store.
Pinky	Unlocked at the same time as Shiori.
Scrumpet & Loaf	Found in front of the Shrine to the south of the Cemetery and east of the Train Station.
Mr. Mori and Tora	Found at the Train Station. After you first talk with them, you have the option to ask them to be a support hero.
Kakashi Yellow	Can be purchased from Mr Mori, Mieko, Kannushi-Kun or Captain Sign for 20,000 Yen.
Kakashi Pink	Can be purchased from Mr Mori, Miss Wambui, Peaches, or Captain Sign for 20,000 Yen.
Kakashi Red	Can be purchased from Captain Sign, Mieko, Miss Wambui, or Mama-San for 20,000 Yen.
Kakashi Green	Can be purchased from Captain Sign, Sumire, Miss Wambui, or Kannushi-Kun for 20,000 Yen.
Kakashi Blue	Can be purchased from Captain Sign, Kannushi-Kun, Peaches or Mama-San for 20,000 Yen.
Bottle Ningen	Can be purchased from Captain Sign for 10,000 Yen.
Yamaian	Can be purchased from Captain Sign for 10,000 Yen.
Jose	Once you first encounter Jose, you can ask him to be a support hero.
Captain Sign	Can be found at his checkpoint right near the Agency.
Endo	You can ask Endo to be a support hero on the second occasiion that you talk to him.
Mama-San	You can ask Mama-San to be a support hero once you encounter her at her bar in the west.
Kannushi-Kun	Can be found at the Kaso Shrine in the south-east.
Mr. Sato	Can be recruited once you encounter him as part of the story's progression.
Miss Wambui	Can be recruited from the school. You won't miss this - it's part of the story progression.
MonouGe	Can be recruited from the game center in the far south east.
Peaches	Can be recruited from her farm in the south.
Mieko	Can be recruited from her cafe in the southeast.
Candidate Pinky	Win a rally against the Mayor
Sumire	You can recruit her from the Fishing Marina in the far east.
Kaiju	Talk to the Thug Boss after they have visited the Agency
Bear	Unlocked at the same time as Kaiju.
Yang	Unlocked at the same time as Kaiju.
Bear Chan	This is in many locations throughout the city, including some of the islands. The easiest is the barrier just south of Peaches' farm.
Shirbari Pinky (UR)	Complete Mama-San's Town Quest.
Chiyo-Chan (UR)	Complete Mieko's Town Quest.
The Crabs (UR)	Complete Sumire's Town Quest.
Matriarch Shimazu	Speak with Shimazu at the Agency as part of the story's progression.
Don*Kii	Speak with Don at the Agency as part of the story's progression.
Nui	Unlocked with Shimazu and Don*Kii.
Yui	Unlocked with Shimazu and Don*Kii.
The Promise Mascot Agency (UR)	Unlocked during the Act 4 Grand Prix.
The People of Kaso-Machi (UR)	Unlocked during the Act 4 Grand Prix.
The Kasuya Family (UR)	Unlocked during the Act 4 Grand Prix.
The Shimazu Family (UR)	Unlocked during the Act 4 Grand Prix.
The Janitor and Pinky (UR)	Unlocked during the Act 4 Grand Prix.
Michi (UR)	Complete the main story.
Maro Maro-Hime (UR)	Clean all shrines and complete the Priest's town quest.
Delinquent Students (UR)	Complete Miss. Wambui's Town Quest.
Natto-Senpai (UR)	Complete Jose's Town Quest.
Tora (UR)	Complete the Train Station Town Quest.
Kaiju the Hamster	This card is found scattered throughout the city, specifically behind the barriers blocking the little alcoves.
Kaso-Machi Cockatiel	Found throughout the city, particularly on rooftops and on islands. Specifically, you can find it on top of the tower at the Old Water Plant
Lady Love Dies (The Investigator) (UR)	Found at the end of the dead-end road (behind a barrier) just north of the Old War Ruins on the south coast. This will unlock an achievement for Promise Mascot Agency
Primitive Samurai (UR)	Complete Shiori's Town Quest (collect all Stamps).
Princess (UR)	Complete MonouGe's town quest.
Makoto (UR)	Complete Peaches' Town Quest.
Ms. Kimura (UR)	Complete Mr. Sako's Town Quest.
