To upgrade the truck, the player needs to talk to the mechanic in the town, Jose. He will give you a quest to catch white fox spirits that run around the map in designated locations. Once players catch these roaming spirits, they’ll upgrade the truck in different ways, unlocking new functionalities and making the truck more efficient.

This makes the gameplay feel better in the long run and gives the player a natural sense of progression as they explore more of the map. Where to Find All Truck Upgrades in Promise Mascot Agency

In total, there are six truck upgrades that players can find in the town. These upgrades are as follows:

Truck Boost Upgrade: It increases the boost available to the player. Found on one of the roads leading to the mines.
Truck Speakers: These give a 2.5% buff to your Mascots’ popularity. Found near the intersection south of the Kaso Shrine
Truck Trash Collection: Lets you drive over trash to clean it up for small rewards. Found on the road going north-west from Captain Sign.
Pinky Launcher: It lets you launch Pinky into objects, letting you destroy obstacles and barriers to access before unreachable places. Can be found near the Recycle Store intersection.
Truck Glider Upgrade: It gives the truck glider wings that let you soar over the town. Can be found at the southern tip of the town, at the Mountain Summit.
Truck Bouyancy: Allows the truck to drive on water, becoming a boat in functionality. This upgrade lets you visit islands off the coast of the town. Can be found east of the fruit farm, next to the coast.
