How To Unlock Fast Travel in Promise Mascot Agency

Before you arrived in Kaso-Machi, Pinky ran the mascot agency, which was shut down by the mayor. She had high hopes for the agency and created many upgrade blueprints. Before it was shut down, Pinky spread these schematics throughout the world, and one of these will unlock the Fast Travel Upgrade.

First, talk to Jose to unlock the Spirit Fox quest which upgrades your truck.

Then, go to the intersection near the Recycle Store and catch the spirit fox running in that location to unlock the Pinky Launcher upgrade.

Go south from your agency building to reach the cliff under Captain Sign's location.
Use the Pinky Launcher (Alt on PC) to break down the barrier and collect the Fast Travel upgrade schematics.
Head back to your agency and interact with the door.
Then, navigate to the upgrade menu to open available upgrades.

Look for the Fast Travel upgrade and unlock it by paying 100,000 Yen.

Don't start exploring the farther parts of Kaso-Machi until you've gotten this upgrade.

How to Use Fast Travel

Once you’ve unlocked fast travel, using it is quite simple, though it can take a little bit of time. Players can only fast travel between telephones. This means that you cannot teleport from one place to another just by opening up the map; You need to travel to a nearby telephone and use it to teleport to one in another area.

Players can easily find the telephones in an area by listening for the ringing tone. It gets louder the closer the player gets to it.

To access other telephones, players need to discover them first. If you haven’t interacted with one previously, you won’t be able to teleport to it. Essentially, the game tells the player to explore on their own before unlocking fast travel for that area. Even if you’ve already explored an area, you’ll have to find the telephone in that area once more after you unlock the ability to fast travel.
