Promise Mascot Agency is a surprisingly addicting mix of a visual novel and a driving simulator with a good pinch of exploration and management sprinkled in there for the players. It’s a game that has a surprisingly large number of things for players to do, making it a completionist heaven.
There are many collectibles that the game asks the player to add to their inventory and many optional side quests that don’t really add to the main story, but certainly keep the player occupied. One of the things that players can collect is Hero Support Cards.

How Support Hero Cards Work in Promise Mascot Agency
Support Hero Cards are collectibles that players can find on their journey around the world. These cards aren’t just for show. They’re essential to helping your mascot clean up their mess on their jobs.
If you want to avoid your mascots getting into trouble, consider investing in consumables. Some items can reduce the chance of mascots encountering any hiccups on their jobs, while others give them a percent chance to recover their stamina after finishing a job. The more expensive a consumable, the better its effects.
When you deploy your Mascot on a job, there’s a good chance they will encounter a problem which could reduce the pay and Agency Fame significantly if not handled by the player. If the player chooses to help their mascot, a mini-card game will be initiated which uses Support Hero cards in the player’s possession to deal damage to the problem at hand.

How to Upgrade Support Hero Cards
Upgrading Support Hero Cards is incredibly important for players as it is the main way they can deal with the problems that crop up in more expensive and difficult requests. Once upgraded, a Support Hero Card will have higher stats all around, making it more useful to the player.
The rank of a Support Hero Card proceeds as follows: N, R, SR, SSR, and UR. To upgrade a card, players need to find another version of the card in the world. Collecting all versions of the card will upgrade it to the highest tier. There are three types of cards players can get:
- Collectible Cards (found in the city): Scrumpet and Loaf, Color Cone Woman, Kaso-Machi Cockatiel, Bottle Ningen, Yamain, etc (These collectibles can be seen on the map as a small white dot, though these white dots can be other collectibles as well)
-
Merchant Cards: Kakashi Blue, Green, Pink, Red, and Yellow. Bottle Ningen, and Yamain are also included in this category, though only one of either is available at Captain Sign's shop. The following NPCs sell these cards (All NPCs can be found on the map):
- Captain Sign: Kakashi Blue, Green, Pink, Red, Yellow, Bottle Ningen, Yamain
- Peaches: Kakashi Pink, Kakashi Blue
- Mr. Mori and Tora: Kakashi Yellow, Pink
- Miss. Wambui: Kakashi Red, Green, and Pink
- Priest/Kannushi-Kun: Kakashi Blue, Green, Yellow
- Mama-San: Kakashi Red, Blue
- Sumire: Kakashi Green
- Meiko: Kakashi Red, Yellow
- Town Quest Cards: Support Hero Cards that NPCs give to the player can be upgraded by completing their town quest. The more objectives you complete, the higher their Support Hero Card level. Once the Town Quest is completed, players will have a UR level Support Hero Card.
