Sony has revealed the four games coming to the Premium tier of PlayStation Plus on October 15. Since PlayStation Plus Premium is the highest tier of the service, subscribers are able to get access to absolutely everything that PS Plus has to offer.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers have been able to claim the free PS Plus games for October 2024 for about a week now, and come October 15, they will also be able to check out the games coming to the Extra tier. PS Plus Extra's October 2024 lineup consists of 10 games with some heavy hitters like Dead Island 2 and Gris on the way.

Besides the monthly free games and the new PS Plus Extra games, PS Plus Premium also gives subscribers access to retro games and PlayStation VR2 titles. Come October 15, four more games will be available to PS Plus Premium subscribers, with Dino Crisis, Siren, R-Type Dimensions EX, and The Last Clockwinder all on the way. Dino Crisis was announced in advance but without a specific release date, while Siren was leaked ahead of time. R-Type Dimensions EX and The Last Clockwinder should come as a surprise to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers, however.

When Dino Crisis was confirmed for PS Plus Premium, it was announced alongside two other games. One such game was The Last of Us Part 1, which made its way to the Extra tier last month. The other game was Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, which has yet to join the PS Plus Premium lineup. Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is expected to come to PS Plus Premium before the end of the year, though the jury is still out on whether it will be a part of the November 2024 lineup or December 2024's offerings.

What's also unclear is if Dino Crisis will have trophy support. While a lot of classic PS1 games on PS Plus Premium have trophy support, there are others that do not, typically third-party games like Dino Crisis. In fact, the original Resident Evil on PS Plus Premium does not have trophy support, and so chances are Dino Crisis will be missing out as well. On the bright side, some modern features have been confirmed for Dino Crisis on PS Plus Premium, with subscribers able to look forward to up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filter options.
