Ballad of Antara and Infinity Nikki, two upcoming titles that were featured in Sony's most recent State of Play presentation, are also coming to the PC. Ballad of Antara and Infinity Nikki share the same publisher, Infold Games.
Around a dozen games were given the spotlight at PlayStation's May 30 State of Play showcase, including Astro Bot, a full-length sequel to the charming Astro's Playroom that shipped with every PS5 console, and the PC port of God of War Ragnarok, which is scheduled to launch this September. While not highlighted during the event, two other PS5 console exclusives that were featured in Sony's presentation, Ballad of Antara and Infinity Nikki, will receive the same treatment as Santa Monica Studio's critically acclaimed action-adventure title.

There were a handful of games announced at the 2024 Sony Playstation State of Play, here's a rundown.
In addition to launching on the PS5 and on mobile platforms, Ballad of Antara and Infinity Nikki will also come to PC. Ballad of Antara is being developed by TipsWorks Studio, the team that previously created Pascal's Wager, a game that some consider to be one of the best Soulslikes available on the Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile, Infinity Nikki is being worked on by Papergames, the primary developer of the Nikki series of dress-up experiences.

TipsWorks Studio founder Yang Yang revealed in a post on the official PlayStation Blog that Ballad of Antara will be a free-to-play fantasy RPG based on a new IP. The Unreal Engine 5-powered game promises to deliver an engrossing single-player narrative set in an alternate version of the world that has been devastated by an ancient force. Ballad of Antara, which is scheduled to launch in 2025, will also have a multiplayer component, allowing up to three friends to play the title together. The State of Play trailer for TipsWorks Studio's upcoming game showed off several characters, and it also hinted at Ballad of Antara having Elden Ring-like boss fights.
On the other hand, Infinity Nikki's setting of Miraland will act as a world where players can relax and enjoy themselves without worries, one of the title's producers and Infold Games founder, Runhao Yao, claimed in another PlayStation Blog post. Veteran Japanese developer Kentaro Tominaga, who previously worked on The Legend of Zelda franchise, is an executive producer for the Nikki series' fifth installment. Breath of the Wild fans should keep an eye out for Infinity Nikki, as the latter game will also feature an open world, a first for the dress-up series.
Infinity Nikki has already been compared to Stardew Valley and Genshin Impact, among other games. No specific release date for the upcoming title has been announced, but a PS5 playtest for Infinity Nikki is set to go live in Q3 2024.
