On July 6, Re:Zero premiered a new teaser and disclosed a major detail about the new season. It has been confirmed Re:Zero Season 4 will be released in 2026. At the time of writing, an official release date has not been shared. All fans know is that Re:Zero Season 4 will release sometime in 2026.

Considering Re:Zero Season 3 aired eight episodes in 2025, it is plausible to assume that Re:Zero Season 4 will likely have 16 episodes. Previously, the staff members working on Re:Zero spoke about how one episode can take several months to produce. In fact, Season 3 Episode 10 took over a year to produce. If the fourth season is indeed 16 episodes long, then the new season could land in Summer 2026 or Winter 2026. There is also a possibility that season 4 will be split into two non-consecutive cours just like the previous season.
