After receiving reports of a group of individuals selling illegal weapon modifications, LSPD SWAT is being sent in to raid an unassuming house near Kawayu Beach. This level isn't as difficult or disturbing as some of Ready or Not's other missions, but it introduces the players to a larger firearms problem within the city that eventually causes more tragedies seen in the latter parts of the game.

Ready Or Not: Best Shotguns, Ranked

Shotguns are always a powerhouse, and they can be incredibly overpowered in the right hands for Ready or Not.

The map layout in Ends of the Earth is very tight, and players will need to move smoothly from room to room if they want to complete the mission without any casualties. This guide covers all the objectives for this level, including the secret one that might slip past many people's radars.

Updated August 5, 2025 by Marc Santos: Ends of the Earth is one of the easier missions in Ready or Not, but with the updates to AI behaviors brought about by the console version launch, players may have trouble getting a perfect score for it. We've updated this guide to include a segment dedicated to providing tips and tricks on how to get an S-rank rating for this mission.

Ready or Not: Ends of the Earth Weapon Manufactory

Ready or Not Ends of the Earth manufactory

The area of operation here is a three-storey house on Kawayu Beach that's being used to manufacture gun mods that turn semi-automatic firearms into fully-automatic ones. The manufactory in question is located in the attic — specifically, the brightly lit room with the workbenches. Getting here is going to be an issue, however, since there are a number of armed gunmen inside the premises.

To start, clear the perimeter before entering the house. Suspects sometimes spawn in the backyard overlooking the beach, so it's best to check this area out immediately. Watch the balconies and windows as hostiles might open fire from them.

The suspects here appear to be Los Locos gang members as well as the property owners: an elderly couple and their sons. As you clear each room, you'll eventually see the unarmed father on the first floor and the sickly mother on the second floor. Restrain both of them and proceed to the attic while neutralizing all threats. Don't forget to check under the beds and inside the closets as you go. The mission will end once the manufactory is tagged, and all suspects and civilians have been secured.

Ends of the Earth Soft Objective

The sole soft objective in this mission is a duffle bag full of cash inside one of the sons' bedrooms. Go to the second floor and look for the room with the paper divider and multi-monitor PC setup. The money bag is on a chair opposite the computer desk.

While the theme behind Ends of the Earth is more subdued than the likes of Ides of March and Neon Tomb, the implications of it are just as bad. It's presumed that the family is selling weapon mods to Los Locos in order to pay for the mother's treatment. Additionally, since Los Locos is responsible for selling illegal firearms throughout the city, one can assume that their guns eventually fall into the hands of the shooters at Watt Community College.

How to Get S-Rank in Ready or Not: Ends of the Earth Mission

RoN Ends of the Earth street entrance

Getting an S-rank in Ends of the Earth is fairly easy compared to the other missions. The map is small, the suspects are few, and the house is relatively easy to clear. Still, with the updates done to AI by the console launch update for Ready or Not, things are still going to be dicey. If you want to clear this mission with an S rating, try the following tips and strategies:

  • Use non-lethal weapons. This is the most important thing to do when attempting an S-rank run, as killing suspects will affect your final rating. Pepperball guns will also let you shoot armed enemies without incurring penalties.
  • Deploy from the street. Ambushes are generally easier to deal with from this insertion point thanks to its multiple entrances.
  • Use heavy ceramic armor. The tight corridors of the main house provide little opportunities for maneuvering and taking cover. Heavy ceramic armor will provide the best balance between mobility and defense.
  • Clear methodically. When searching the house, clear it room by room, one floor at a time.
