Although Redfall players could theoretically find everything they need for combat in the field, having a safehouse provides more than just resupply benefits. They act as fast travel points to get from one place to another and can be accessed to get side missions for the neighborhood.

This is in addition to the usual reason for using a safehouse. Even on the easiest settings in Redfall, ammo and healing will eventually run out. Staying topped off on lockpicks and hacking devices is also a wise idea. The safehouses don't appear on the map until players get close to them, so it's handy to have a map that locates each one.

Redfall Commons Safehouse Locations

Redfall All Safehouse Locations

The first area, Redfall Commons, has one safehouse in each neighborhood for a total of five. Some of these overlap with Vampire Nest locations. If this happens, it's wise to take out the Vampire Nest first because it will be buffing the opponents within the zone.

Getting these locations early on can help players level up quickly. Since they double as fast travel locations, it's easy to jump from one to the other in order to complete missions faster. This gives huge hunks of experience, so sweeping for each safehouse is a smart way to explore Redfall a bit.

Burial Point Safehouse Locations

Burial Point is the second area and it's much larger than the initial location with a grand total of eight safehouses. As before, there is one for each neighborhood. It also has more complicated and frequent enemies, so consider changing the difficulty setting at first. Players can always turn this difficulty back up after turning the power on in each safehouse

Even after completing all of the side missions in the safehouses and main missions, players will likely not be anywhere close to the maximum level. The endgame is when it's wise to team up with friends and take on some nests for experience and loot.

Redfall is available now for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
