Capcom has released a new bundle that brings three Resident Evil remakes together in one package. Capcom has been remaking the Resident Evil games for over two decades at this point, starting with the critically-acclaimed remake of the first game that hit the Nintendo GameCube back in 2002. Recent years have seen Capcom take a more aggressive approach with its Resident Evil remakes, with three such titles launched in the last five years alone.

The Resident Evil 2 remake was released in 2019, followed by the Resident Evil 3 remake in 2020. The latest Resident Evil remake is the Resident Evil 4 remake, which was released in 2023. Franchise fans are hoping to see even more remakes from the company, but in the meantime, those that have yet to check the titles out can now pick up a bundle that brings them together.

Capcom has released the Resident Evil Remake Trilogy bundle, which is available for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox for $89.99. The bundle includes the Deluxe Edition of the Resident Evil 2 remake, the Resident Evil 3 remake, the Gold Edition of the Resident Evil 4 remake, which means fans get the base game and most all the post-launch content that was released for them. It's quite the steal for anyone that has yet to check out the modern Resident Evil remakes and will save money versus buying each game individually.

Fans of the Resident Evil remakes will be happy to learn that rumors from reputable sources have claimed that Capcom has even more remakes in the works. If the rumors are to be believed, Capcom is looking to do a Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake, as well as a remake of Resident Evil Zero. Some have claimed that the original Resident Evil game is getting another remake, one that would re-imagine it in the style of the modern remakes, but that has been shot down by other leakers.

As far as official announcements go, Resident Evil fans currently have nothing to look forward to from Capcom. The company has yet to reveal its next Resident Evil game, though it's believed that Resident Evil 9 is next in line. Rumors about Resident Evil 9 suggest that it will take its cues from Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village, so those wanting third-person Resident Evil action will likely have to wait for the rumored remakes that are supposedly in the works. In the meantime, the Resident Evil Remake Trilogy is out now for those that need to catch up before the new games get announced.

Survival is just the beginning.

Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City.
