Rise of the Ronin puts a heavy focus on combat, making it the perfect title for those who want to test their skills. At the beginning of the game, players will have the opportunity to choose their Blade Sharpening Origin. This essentially dictates what kind of style you will have throughout the game.
Naturally, it is pivotal to make the right choice, as the wrong one could cause you to suffer while fighting enemies. After making the selection, players will have to gain skill points to unlock the different skills to improve their fighting experience. One of the many ways that players can obtain skill points is by filling up their Karma gauge in Rise of the Ronin.

How To Get Karma In Rise of the Ronin
In order to obtain Karma, players will have to kill as many enemies as possible. Each enemy grants a varying amount of Karma, so take down as many as possible. The Karma meter is in the top left corner, and it has a flag next to it. When the bar is filled and flashing, it is time to head to your nearest Veiled Edge Banner to bank the Karma points. Once your Karma level increases, you will obtain a Rare Skill Point, which is required to unlock special skills.
Getting Caught In Vendetta
If players have not banked their Karma, and decide to enter a Public Order activity area, chances are that they might end up dying. If it happens, players will lose all of their Karma. This will create a Vendetta between the player and the particular enemy that killed them. A Vendetta is the chance that players have to reclaim their lost Karma. So, how can you finish the Vendetta and reclaim lost Karm a?
How To Reclaim Lost Karma In Rise of the Ronin
In order to reclaim lost Karma, players need to go back to the place where they were killed. The next course of action is to either kill the enemy responsible for beating you or damage them to a certain extent. Once you have dealt enough damage to the enemy, a message will appear on the screen confirming that the Vendetta has been satisfied and that you have reclaimed the lost Karma.
However, if you engage the enemy again and die, it will cause you to lose all the accumulated Karma. So make sure to head to the location only after making the necessary preparations.
