The main character of RKGK, Valah, can change up her look at the Wardrobe Station at the home base. This is the place where you'll go between each stage. The station is home to a bunch of cosmetic items for Valah; while they don't offer any gameplay bonuses or perks, they're still a neat feature for those wanting to switch things up when you're tired of looking at the same outfit.
When you first interact with the Wardrobe Station, you'll see tabs for full outfits, tops, skirts, bottoms, sneakers, jackets, etc., and you can also unlock new Graffiti tags, which are also purely cosmetic. However, you won't be able to purchase or change your outfit from the get-go. Here's how to get new outfits and switch your clothes in RKGK.

How to Buy and Change Clothes at the Wardrobe Station in RKGK
Switchin' it Up
To get more clothes for Valah, you'll first need to defeat the first boss fight that closes out Chapter 1 of RKGK, whose name is Mr. Buff. Once you head back to home base, you can now speak to an NPC named Alma at the Alma Station.
Alma will tell Valah that he has gathered some materials to make new clothes for Valah. Speak to Alma and you can now purchase a bunch of different clothing options with those precious coins you've been collecting in the missions.
The thing is, though, once you purchase new items from Alma, you have to go over to the Wardrobe Station to actually put the clothes on Valah. It might've been simpler to just let players change outfits at Alma's Station, but hey, not everything is that simple.
