How to Get the Celestial Mutation in Grow a Garden
Celestial is a special mutation that boosts your crop’s value up to 120x its original price. To get Celestial Mutation in Grow a Garden, you’ll need to wait for a Meteor Shower and hope your crops get struck by falling stars.
The Meteor Shower works just like other weather events (i.e., Frost, Thunderstorm, or Rain). During it, shooting stars fall across the server every seven seconds. If one lands near your crops, the nearby fruits can turn Celestial.
However, there’s a catch: Meteor Showers only have a 33.3% chance of happening during Night or Blood Moon events. They usually last between five and eight minutes after one of those events ends. Most importantly, you have to be online during it; the mutation won’t trigger if you’re offline. To increase your odds, you can also use a Star Caller to summon shooting stars and aim for this mutation faster.
How to Get and Use Star Caller in Grow a Garden
As the name suggests, the Star Caller is a tool that helps attract meteors to your farm to force the Celestial Mutation. It works kind of like the Lightning Rod or Night Staff, but this one’s made just for the Celestial variant.
It’s a legendary tool, and surprisingly, it's not overly pricey. You can grab the Star Caller for 12,000,000 Sheckles from either the Twilight Shop or Blood Moon Shop, both of which show up during the Night Event.
To use the Star Caller in Grow a Garden, just hold the tool and click anywhere on your farm to place it. Even though it only works during a Meteor Shower, you can set it down anytime. For the best results, place it near your most valuable crops, like Candy Blossom, Moon Mango, or Moon Blossom, to score those Celestial-mutated fruits. Once it's been hit by meteors three times, the tool will vanish.
