How to Unlock the Friends Quest in Ninja Time
Although Renegade Prisoner does not say so, players must fulfill an important condition: obtain a certain skill mode called Crimson Inferno before starting the Friends quest.
Players should note that it is only available to members of the Red Eyes clan. To unlock it, you need to upgrade your Eyes skill tree.
When you finally unlock this skill, you must use it to enter Crimson Inferno mode. It doesn't affect your character visually, but while it is active, you can talk to Renegade Prisoner and start the Friends quest in Ninja Time. To complete it, you need to kill 5 friends. You can even kill one friend 5 times to complete the quest, and you do not need to be a member of the same party to do this.
After that, players need to visit the Uchiha Shelter building and take turns standing on the blue squares behind the counter. One of them is a hidden passage to the underground floor, where there is an ancient stone tablet. Interact with it to unlock Susanoo, one of the most powerful techniques of the Red Eyes.
