How to Socket Runes in Rune Slayer
Runes themselves are useless stones that take up inventory space, but using them on your equipment will make you much stronger. To do this, you need to find a Blacksmith, as players cannot manually socket Runes themselves.
In Wayshire, the Blacksmith's house is located opposite the Inn. It is easy to find, as there is a sign with an anvil above the entrance. There, talk to the Blacksmith to start socketing Runes. Players just need to select the desired piece of armor and then insert the Runes.
It is worth noting that not all gear is suitable for this. You need to look for armor with slots for Runes in Rune Slayer. They look like empty circles and are displayed next to the item's stats. Also, an item can have from 0 to 4 slots for Runes.
It is not recommended that you leave slots empty or save Runes until better times. They significantly boost your character's stats, so you should use them to progress faster and, therefore, find better equipment and Runes.
