How To Get Arrancar Weapons In Type Soul
Arrancar Weapons cannot be obtained at the very beginning of the game. Instead, Hollows must reach at least Menos form to rip off the mask. Once your character evolves into an Arrancar, they gain their first faction weapon in Type Soul.
And of course, it depends entirely on the RNG. However, out of 11 weapons, only 3 are of Legendary rarity (3%), while the rest are of Common rarity (96.5%). If you are serious about getting the Legendary Arrancar weapon in Type Soul, then you have to use the Hollow Box for rerolling.
How To Get Hollow Boxes
Hollow Boxes are only available to Arrancar players. They can be obtained as a reward for Raids. Alternatively, KT Shop NPC sells it for 40k Kan. Try your luck in Raids first, and only then go to the KT Shop to accumulate as many of these Boxes as possible. You will need quite a few Hollow Boxes to get at least one Legendary Arrancar weapon in Type Soul.

Most Arrancar weapons in Type Soul have equal drop rates. And fortunately, even among the Common ones, there are many weapons worthy of your attention. A good example is Neliel's Lance. Using it, you can deal great damage and stun enemies. In addition, one of the weapon's attacks has a good range.
