To fix the "This experience is not accessible because it is unrated" error, Roblox players will need to verify that they're aged 13 or above. To do this, they should head to the Account Info section of the Settings menu and fill in their birthday. Sadly, those who have already done so using a date that would make them under 13 will need to provide ID in order to change it, or have their parent change it for them if they have parent privileges enabled. If neither of these is an option, they may need to create a new Roblox account using their correct date of birth.
Why Can't I Access an Unrated Roblox Experience?
The reason Roblox won't allow players who are under the age of 13 to play unrated experiences is that unrated games may contain mature content that's inappropriate for younger players.
