It turns out that if you can raise 500g, she can order the antenna for you.

The next step in Rolling Hills' Wi-Fi Woes quest is to place the W-Fi antenna at the highest point in town. Rolling Hills is a small town, so this narrows it down nicely as it's the only high place in the entire area. Of course, the Shrine is on the west side of the town and is the highest point available. Climb the stairs to the Shrine, and you'll see a small glimmer in front of it. Interact with the glimmer spot to place the Wi-Fi antenna, triggering a scene with Maia, who says it's the perfect place.

Travel east through town to the farthest house as pictured above and test the connection by interacting with another small glimmer spot in front of the house on the right. This completes the Wi-Fi test, which registers 99%.

The final step is to welcome the new resident to the charming town of Rolling Hills, a young girl called Min who turns out to be an Influencer, which explains the need for better internet capabilities. Sushi Bot, Coggie, and Maia welcome Min, completing Rolling Hills' Wi-Fi Woes quest. This also unlocks Challenges in Rolling Hills, which are activities that reward you with Influencer Points to spend in Min's shop. Here, you can buy new recipes and hats for Sushi Bot using Influencer Points, giving you even more collectibles to unlock.

Unlocking Challenges in Wi-Fi Woes also gives you more Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends achievements to work towards obtaining, such as the Fashion Forward achievement for collecting all 10 hats in the game and the Cookbook Complete achievement for learning every recipe in Rolling Hills. It also enables you to invite Min for coffee or, later in the game, dessert in Maia's café to grow and upgrade her friendship level to give you more of her unique friendship bonuses and help towards completing the Getting to Know You achievement.
