RuneScape: Dragonwilds Early Access Roadmap

RuneScape Dragonwilds Roadmap

Developer Jagex has released a roadmap that reveals several substantial content updates coming to RuneScape: Dragonwilds in the future. There aren't any hard release dates for these patches just yet, but they will all arrive before the game hits version 1.0 sometime in the future.

One of the biggest upcoming additions is the new region of Fellhollow. Described as a land suspended between life and death, Fellhollow is ruled by the soul-eater dragon Imaru, who serves as a new boss for players to battle. RuneScape fans will also recognize the character of Death, who returns to guide players through Fellhollow. Fellhollow has a much spookier vibe than the existing parts of Ashenfall featured in Dragonwilds, and players can expect to see skeletons, ghosts, and undead enemies.

New skill trees are also coming to RuneScape: Dragonwilds in post-launch updates as well. Magic, Ranged, and Farming are three skills highlighted on the roadmap. While some of these features already exist in Dragonwilds, they don't have skill progression attached to them. When updated, players will be able to grind XP and unlock new abilities for them.

The RuneScape: Dragonwilds roadmap also promises a bunch of minor features coming to the game in future updates. New quests, lore, gear, and music are on the way alongside new enemy types like lesser dragons and new modes like hardcore and creative. Skill caps will be raised, additional crafting tiers and masterwork weapons will be added, and base building will be refined with new things to build.

RuneScape Dragonwilds Magic

RuneScape: Dragonwilds has a ton of content in the works for players to enjoy, and even more minor ongoing improvements to things like performance, combat, lighting, and weather will be scattered among the game's big updates. There's already a lot to like about RuneScape: Dragonwilds, and it looks like fans of Old School RuneScape's level grinding have a lot to look forward to in future patches.
