Some resources can only be obtained through crafting at certain stations. And Wild Anima is one of them, as to get it in Runescape Dragonwilds you must place Anima-Infused Bark in the Kiln.

The Kiln is not a difficult station to build. It requires only a few starting resources and Runes:

Ash Logs 8
Clay - 6
Stone - 20
Fire Rune - 10

Once you place the Kiln in your base, you will only need to put four Anima-Infused Bark there to get one Wild Anima. And it is worth noting that this is quite expensive, considering the rarity of the source material.
