Depending on the order you unlock contacts, Brad Crosby will be the third dealer that players can unlock in Schedule 1. Brad is a dealer located in the Downtown region of the map, which is unlocked once players level up to Hustler I.

Before you can recruit Brad, you'll need to establish a friendly business relationship with either Randy Caulfield, Greg Figgle, or Eugene Buckley. Approach any of these potential customers and offer them a free sample. Once they're secured as customers, complete a few follow-up deals to raise your business relationship with them. After that happens, Brad Crosby will appear as a potential dealer in your contacts.

Now, you can find Brad Crosby to the east of the Motel Room safe room, under the parking lot. Head into the parking lot and knock on the green tent below. Brad will show up, and you'll be able to recruit him as a dealer by agreeing to pay him $2000 as a signing bonus and a 20% cut of all sales.
