As of the time of writing, there are eighteen mixable effects in Schedule 1. However, some players may have noticed a mysterious nineteenth effect that occasionally shows up on their customers' favorite effects lists: that being Lethal.
How to Make the Most Profitable Mix in Schedule 1 (Best Recipe)
The best recipe in Schedule 1 can make players a ton of money in a relatively short amount of time and is fairly easy to mix up.
Lethal effects aren't something that Schedule 1 players can add to their product with a mixing station, but rather the outcome of somebody ingesting a product with an effect that will kill them. Here's how it all works.
How to Get a Lethal Effect in Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, Lethal refers to a product that provides an effect that kills the user. As of the time of writing, the only type of product that will do that is one that has the Explosive effect. To get the Explosive effect, players should mix a Donut with something that already has the Calorie-Dense effect. As Donuts can be used to add the Calorie-Dense effect, players can get the Explosive effect by mixing a drug together with two Donuts.

How Do Lethal Effects Work in Schedule 1?
Customers will die if they ingest something with the Explosive effect. However, as with the deaths of other NPCs in Schedule 1, anybody killed this way will come back to life after 24 hours. If the playable character ingests something with the Explosive effect, they too will die. However, unlike with NPCs, who come back after a certain amount of time has passed, players will need to reload their last save file, or, if they're playing online with friends, pay a fine.
Players and NPCs who ingest something with the Explosive effect won't die straight away. Instead, they'll begin ticking like a time bomb, with the timer lasting for around forty seconds. Once the timer ends, they'll explode. With this in mind, if players happen to notice a nearby NPC ticking, they should be sure to keep their distance, as there's a good chance that they're about to fall victim to Schedule 1's Lethal effect.
